SHIPPING: XOBYK uses USPS to ship products. Customers are solely responsible for their package once tracking number has been issued. Customers may make a claim to UPS for any damages due to shipping. XOBYK is not responsible for any damages due to shipping and handling. Shipping time frame is same day/next depending on when the order is received.
RETURNS:XOBYK allows returns up to 7 days after the item is received at the customers expense. Once The item is received it must be in the same condition it was issued in. Lash extension kits and adhesives are non-refundable.
